1. Create an Account or Log In
Sign up or log in to your Hyeri Service Dashboard. Make sure all required information is accurate, as this will be used to receive and ship your order. When logged in, go to You Buy, We Ship
2. Submit Your Service Request
Fill out the request form and search for the brands you plan to purchase from. Select the stores you’ll be shopping at so we can prepare your Korean storage address accordingly.
3. Pay the Rental Fee
Complete the payment for your storage rental and upload your proof of payment through the dashboard.
4. Receive Your Korean Address
Once confirmed, you’ll gain access to your Hyeri Codename and your assigned Korean shipping address, ready to use at checkout.
5. Track Your Order
Your request will appear under My Orders. We’ll keep you updated with real-time status changes as your package arrives, is stored, and prepared for shipping.
